How do I show my club and coach when I’m live?

On runfast.tech, open Account and find Club and coach. Pick your coach (No coach is the default) and the club shown on live tracking (Automatic, one of your clubs, or Don’t show). Followers see one short line under your name, like “Fourways Striders · Coach Nadia”. Coach not listed? Invite them from the same place.
Choose your coach and club
- On runfast.tech, open Account, then Club and coach.
- Under Your coach, search the coaches listed on RunFast and pick yours. No coach is the default.
- Under Club shown on live tracking, pick one of your clubs, Automatic or Don’t show.
It saves as soon as you pick. If you’re live right now, the change shows straight away. The line never shows on a private race.
Your coach isn’t listed? Invite them
- Under Club and coach, tap Can’t find your coach? Invite them.
- Add your coach’s name and email, and tap Send the invite.
We email your coach once, from RunFast, to ask whether they’d like to be listed free, with a link to apply that’s already filled in. Nothing is listed until they apply and a person at RunFast approves it. When that happens, they’re on your line by themselves and we email you: “Coach Nadia is listed.”
You can invite 3 coaches a day. We email any one address at most once a week, and never again if they tap No thanks. We don’t tell you whether they’ve opened it or said no.
If your coach removes you
A coach can remove anyone who chose them, for example if they don’t coach you. Your coach goes back to No coach, the line under your name changes at once, and that coach isn’t offered to you again. We don’t email you about it.
