Signing in, units, light and dark, your photo, your data and deleting your account.
- How do I sign in to RunFast?At runfast.tech/app, choose Continue with Apple, Continue with Google, or your email and password. New email accounts confirm the address with a 6-digit code we email you. One free account works on the website and in the RunFast app, and you can connect more than one way to sign in.
- I didn’t get my 6-digit codeCheck your spam or junk folder for an email from hello@runfast.tech with the subject “… is your RunFast code”. Work and school email can hold it for a while. After a minute, choose Send a new code, or Continue with Google or Apple instead. Codes expire after 10 minutes, and only the newest one works.
- How do I switch between kilometres and miles?On runfast.tech, open Account and choose Kilometres · °C or Miles · °F; in the app, open You. It’s one setting for you, saved to your account, so your runs, club pages, emails and Map your run follow it on every device you sign in on. Distance, pace, temperature and rain all switch together.
- How do I add or change my profile photo?On runfast.tech, open Account and choose Add a photo; in the app, open You, then Edit. Drag it into place, zoom to fit and save it. Your clubs see it next to your name, your followers see it on the live map, and it’s on your share picture. Change or remove it from the same place.
- How do I switch between light and dark in the app?In the RunFast app on iPhone or Android, open You and choose System, Light or Dark beside Appearance. System, the default, follows your phone, and the change is instant. Maps always stay light, so routes and the runners on the live map read the same either way.
- How do I report or block someone?Report any runner, club or run you find offensive, signed in or not. A person looks at every report within 24 hours. Block anyone who follows you or gives you a tap on the back.
- What does RunFast keep about me?Only what RunFast needs to work for you: your account, the runs and races you save, your clubs, the emails you ask for, and where you are only while you’re live on race day. None of it is sold or shared for advertising. The positions your phone sends while you’re live are deleted after 7 days.
- How do I delete my RunFast account?On runfast.tech, open Account and choose Delete my account; in the app, open You and choose Delete account. Your account, runs, races, goals, live tracking data, follow link, followers and photo are deleted straight away and for good. Club runs and races you added for a club stay with the club.
