What is The RunFast 200 by ProLend?

Updated

A free challenge: run 200 km between 16 and 31 December, anywhere in the world. Join from the banner on Runs, connect Strava, and RunFast counts your kilometres from your runs. Finish, and you get a finisher card to share.

The RunFast 200 by ProLend is RunFast’s own challenge: run 200 km between Wednesday 16 and Thursday 31 December, anywhere in the world. It’s free.

Join

From 1 November, a banner at the top of Runs (on runfast.tech/app, and in the iPhone and Android apps) says Join. Tap it:

  • If your Strava is connected to RunFast, you’re in.
  • If it isn’t, RunFast takes you straight to Strava to connect it, then brings you back. You’re in.

You can join any time until 31 December. Every run since the 16th counts, even ones from before you joined.

What counts

Every run you upload to Strava from 16 to 31 December (by when it started, in GMT): road runs, trail runs and treadmill runs. Rides, walks and hikes don’t count. If you change a run’s type on Strava, RunFast changes your total to match.

Your kilometres

From the 16th, the banner shows your own total, for example “143.6 of 200 km. 6 days left”, with a bar. Your total also goes on your own runs on Strava, as a line like “The RunFast 200 by ProLend: 140 / 200 km”. Only you see your total in RunFast.

Finish

Pass 200 km and you’ve done it. From 3 January (once late uploads are in), the banner gives you Your finisher card: your name and photo, your kilometres and runs, ready to share or save.

What RunFast keeps

Only each run’s distance, moving time and day, nothing about its route. See what RunFast keeps about you.
