Which emails does RunFast send, and how do I stop them?
Updated
After you sign up, RunFast sends four short welcome emails over your first eight days. Choose Unsubscribe at the bottom of any of them to stop the series. Sign-in codes and the forecast emails you asked for still arrive, and each forecast email has its own link to stop it.
Which emails RunFast sends
- Confirmation codes, only when you sign up or change your email.
- A short welcome series after you sign up: a welcome on how to map your first run, a tip two days later (how to map a run, or Fly the route and the final forecast once you’ve mapped one), one about clubs, races and your share picture after five days, and one about livedot, where people follow you live, after eight days.
- Forecast emails you ask for: the evening before a saved run, a club run you’re in for, or from Email me the final forecast in Map your run. See the evening-before email.
Unsubscribe
Choose Unsubscribe at the bottom of a welcome email. You’ll see “You’re unsubscribed”, and no more welcome emails come. Sign-in codes and the forecast emails you asked for still arrive; each forecast email has its own link at the bottom to stop it for that run.
