What is RunFast?
Updated
RunFast shows what the heat, humidity, rain and wind will do to your run, at your own pace, kilometre by kilometre along your route. Save your casual runs and races, join your club’s runs, and on race day go live so the people cheering you on can follow you from your link.
The weather on your run
Most forecasts tell you the weather in your town. RunFast works out the weather on your run: when you’ll reach each stretch of your route at your pace, and what the air will be like there at that hour.
- The weather cost: how much longer the heat, humidity and wind will make your run, such as “+3 min 25 s”. See what the weather cost means.
- Heat stress, feels like and dew point for every stretch, at the hour you’ll be there. See heat stress levels.
- Your route in colour, from Ideal to Very hard, so you can see where the weather bites. See why the route is coloured.
What you can do

- Save casual runs, once or every week, with the forecast by email the evening before. See adding a casual run.
- Add your races, with your goal and your own words, from the route file the organiser sent you. See adding a race.
- Join your club, tap I’m in on its runs and races, and see everyone from the club on a race’s live map. See joining your club’s runs.
