How do I get my club on RunFast?

Ask for a page

1. Sign in at runfast.tech/app and open Clubs.
2. Choose Add your club.
3. Fill in the Club name and Where it runs. If you can, add the Website or Strava club, Roughly how many members, Its club runs (when and what), Your role and Anything else.
4. Choose Send.

We reply to your email, usually within a day. The page goes live once someone who runs the club says yes.

What the club gets

A page at runfast.tech/c/ followed by the club’s name, in its own colours, with:

• Next up, Every week and Coming up: every club run and race with its route, start time and weather at the club’s pace.
• I’m in, Can’t make it and Every week for members. Each run they’re in goes on their Runs list, with its forecast by email the evening before.
• A live map for every club race, open to anyone, with the members who are in and sharing. See a club race’s live map.
• Past: the club’s finished one-off runs and races.

Running the page

Managers open the club under Clubs on runfast.tech/app, or tap Manage the club on its page. Only managers see this:

• Add a run or race. See adding a club run or race.
• Asked to join: Approve or Decline people who ask.
• Members: Make manager, Remove or Block.
• Who can join: Open (anyone with the link joins straight away) or Approval (people ask, and you approve them).
• Invite link: Copy it for your club’s WhatsApp group or Strava club.
• The club’s page: its name, a line about the club, Kit colour, Second colour (the sash), a logo, website and Strava club. Then Save the page.

Add a second manager, so the club is never left without one. A club’s only manager can’t delete their account until there’s another.
