How do I get notified when people join my club?

If you manage a club or coaching page on RunFast, you get a notification when someone joins it and when someone taps I’m in on one of its runs. Join requests reach every manager by notification and email, with a reminder after two days. Several close together arrive as one. Turn the join and I’m in notifications off under Members, with Tell me when people join or say they’re in.
What you’ll hear
Every manager of a club or coaching page hears it as the page grows, on the RunFast app on their phone:

You don’t hear about your own taps, or when someone taps Can’t make it. Someone who ticks Every week is announced once, not every week.
Several at once
The first one arrives straight away. If more come in the next 10 minutes, they arrive together as one notification when the 10 minutes are up, for example “3 more are in for Sunday long run” · Sipho, Lerato and Ayesha · 9 going · Sun 25 Oct 06:00. Your club’s notifications stack together on your phone.
Join requests by email too
When someone asks to join, every manager also gets an email: “Thandi asked to join Krugersdorp Road Runners. Approve or decline:”, with a button that opens the club’s members on runfast.tech/app. If several people ask within an hour, the rest of that hour come in one email.
If a request is still waiting two days later, every manager gets one reminder email. Requests you’ve already approved or declined are left out.
Join requests always reach every manager, by notification and email, so nobody is left waiting. To stop them, set Who can join to Open: people then join straight away, no approval needed.
Turn them off
On runfast.tech/app, open your club under Clubs and go to Members. Untick Tell me when people join or say they’re in. It’s just for you and just for that club: the other managers keep theirs.
To stop all RunFast notifications on your phone, use your phone’s Settings.
