Claim the club page we set up for you

Updated

We set your club’s page up before you had a RunFast account, so it’s public and waiting for you. Sign in to RunFast, or create a free account, with the email address we wrote to (an email code, Google or Apple), and you’re the club’s manager automatically. Hid your email with Apple? Sign in, then open Claim your club from our email. The link works once, for 30 days.

Your page is already live

When you ask us to add your club (on livedot.me or in the app) and you don’t have a RunFast account yet, we set the page up anyway. It’s public at once, at livedot.me/your-club and runfast.tech/c/your-club, so runners can find it while you get started. We email you when it’s ready.

Take it over in three steps

  1. Open runfast.tech/app.
  2. Sign in, or create a free account, with the email address we wrote to. An email code, Google or Apple all work.
  3. That’s it: you’re the club’s manager. RunFast says You’re the manager of your club, with Open the club.

It works the same for a brand-new account and for one you already have. If you sign up with a password, the club becomes yours the moment you type the 6-digit code that confirms your address.

Signing in with Apple and hiding your email

If you choose Hide My Email when you sign in with Apple, RunFast sees a private relay address, not the one we wrote to, so it can’t match you by itself. Use the Claim your club button in our email instead:

  1. Sign in to RunFast first, any way you like.
  2. Tap Claim your club in the email, then Claim your club on the screen that opens.

The button links the club to whichever account you’re signed in with, so only use it yourself.

Each link works once, for 30 days, and a newer email replaces the one before. If it says This link doesn’t work, reply to our email and we’ll send a fresh one. Signed in with the wrong account? Choose Switch account, sign in with the right one and open the link again.

Once it’s yours

Open the club under Clubs to put its weekly runs on the calendar, bring your members across with the join link, and add your logo and colours. See adding a club run or race. To share the running of the club, choose Make manager next to a member.
